02 / WEBSITE VISITS

When you visit the site

Your browser sends technical information needed to display the pages. This can include your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and browser information. The hosting service may record this in access or error logs to deliver the site, maintain it, and investigate misuse or failures.

Our legal basis is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: keeping the website available and secure. Hosting logs are managed according to Spaceship’s server settings and security requirements. Contact us if you want the current retention details for this hosting account.

03 / CONTACT

When you contact us

The initial-review form asks for your name, business name, business email, service to grow, service area, and whether Google Ads is currently running. A phone number and website are optional. If you choose “another service business,” you can describe that service. You can also email or call us directly. We use the information you share through either route to respond to your inquiry.

We use those details and any message you send to understand your request, assess a practical starting point, and reply. Where you request steps toward a contract on your own behalf, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For representatives contacting us on behalf of a business and other correspondence, it is our legitimate interest in answering requests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not add an inquiry to a marketing list.

Providing the required fields is necessary for a useful reply; optional fields can be left blank. If no business relationship follows, we delete ordinary inquiry correspondence within 90 days after the last substantive exchange, unless a legal duty or specific claim requires longer retention. If a client relationship develops, records needed for that relationship follow the relevant business and legal retention requirements.

When you submit the form, the website checks the required fields and limits repeated requests. It sends your inquiry to our Google Workspace inbox over an authenticated email connection. The website does not keep a separate database of form contents. For abuse prevention, the server temporarily stores recent submission times under a pseudonymous value derived from your IP address. It checks those records for one hour and removes old records during later form activity; if there is no further activity, a stale record may remain until the next cleanup. Standard hosting logs may also record the request.

04 / YOUR DEVICE

Light and dark mode

If you switch the site’s theme, the choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under ameni-theme. It contains only the selected theme, stays on your device, and remains until you change it or clear the site’s browser storage. We use it to remember the display setting you requested.

The V1 site code does not include analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party embedded media. If we add any of these later, we will assess consent requirements and update this notice before activating them.

05 / SERVICE PROVIDERS

Who helps deliver the site

Spaceship

The public website uses Spaceship shared hosting in a U.S. server region. Spaceship processes technical website data to provide hosting and form delivery. Its data processing addendum describes transfer safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Google Workspace

AMENI Digital uses Google Workspace for info@amenidigital.com. When you email us or submit the form, Google processes the message to provide the mail service. Processing may occur internationally; a specific data region has not been verified for this account. See Google’s data protection resources for transfer information.

The U.S. hosting location means website data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Applicable provider agreements and transfer safeguards govern that processing. You may email us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data. We do not sell contact details.

06 / YOUR CHOICES

Your privacy rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may ask for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to info@amenidigital.com.

You may also complain to a data protection authority. For a Berlin-based operator, the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information is a relevant authority. You may contact an authority in your place of residence or work where applicable.

We do not use your information for automated decisions or profiling on this website.

07 / UPDATES

Changes to this notice

We will update this page if the website, form delivery, providers, or data practices change. The dates at the top identify this version.
